About Josie Showalter

A native of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Josie completed her training with the Coaches Training Institute of California in 2002. She has over 15 years experience in teaching life-skill classes and leading personal growth groups.  
Josie also has training and experience in leadership, conflict resolution, diversity work, emotional healing and interpreting personality differences.

She lives in a house in the woods with her family and a variety of small furry animals.  She collects quotes, jokes and believes that our sacred responsibility as human beings is to live with joy, pay attention, be present, and honor Spirit. 

It is her heartfelt desire to honor Spirit in her own life by doing what she can to empower others in defining and living out their own heartfelt desires.
